I love photographing on location and my favourite environmental portrait of the past 12 months is this one. Tyler Fitzgerald, Craft Ambassador at Irish Distillers, leading a whiskey tasting, at the Jameson Distillery in Dublin. I love his deep concentration and the way that the lighting compliments the amber colours coming through the bottles. It almost makes me wish that I was a whiskey drinker!
